Cancellation Policy

(1) Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a $20 cancellation fee. This policy helps us manage our schedule and serve all clients efficiently. Thank you for your understanding. (2) Late Arrival / No-Show Policy If a customer is more than 15 minutes late without notice, the appointment may be canceled and considered a no-show. No-shows will be charged a $20 fee. (3) Pet Hair / Excessive Dirt Fee Heavy pet hair, stains, or excessive debris may incur an extra charge. We'll notify you before starting if extra charges apply. (4) Liability Policy We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, faulty parts, or damage due to poor vehicle condition. Customers are encouraged to point out concerns before the service begins. (5)Weather Policy If weather conditions prevent service, appointments will be rescheduled at no additional cost. We’ll notify you as early as possible. (6) Access Policy Customers must ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time. If we arrive and cannot access the vehicle, it may be considered a no-show. (7) Personal Belongings Policy Please remove all major personal items from your vehicle before your appointment, including car seats, strollers, bags, and other belongings. This allows us to clean thoroughly and avoid accidentally misplacing or damaging your items. (8) Power & Water Access Policy To complete your detail, we require access to a working water spigot and power outlet at the service location. Please ensure these are available upon our arrival to avoid delays or rescheduling.
